This project includes the replacement and expansion of the storm sewer system beneath Rolla Street in the downtown area of the City. Additional work includes reconstructing Rolla Street in this area, and other utility improvements in coordination with this work.

Replacement facilities will be installed beneath Rolla Street extending from 5th Street to the edge of the Missouri S&T campus.  Additional facilities will be installed beneath 6th, 7th 8th, 9th, 10th, Main, Park and Pine Street.  Work is scheduled to begin in the Summer 2026, with project a completion date of May 2027.



This project has been funded by a grant from the Delta Regional Authority with local match funds being provided the City of Rolla.
